The Islamia University of Bahawalpur in Bahawalpur, Punjab invites sealed bids from specialized firms for the supply of Air Conditioners. This procurement is intended to meet the cooling requirements for various departments within the university campus. The tender is being conducted under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax departments and should be on the Active Taxpayers List. A bid security of two percent of the estimated price must be submitted in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee along with the technical proposal. Tender documents containing detailed specifications and terms can be obtained from the Treasurer's office or downloaded from the university's official website. All completed bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the Presence of bidders' representatives.
