The National Institute for Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the high-profile establishment of a Science Park. This federal government initiative seeks reputable construction firms and contractors to undertake the infrastructural development required for advanced research facilities. The project scope includes civil works, electrical installations, and specialized lab infrastructure design. Interested bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category and remain on the Active Taxpayers List for both Income Tax and Sales Tax. A bid security of two percent of the total estimated cost is mandatory for participation.
