Description / Scope of Work
The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of goods and services required for the establishment of the Program Management Unit and the Health Information and Service Delivery Unit. This high-priority government project aims to enhance the administrative and digital infrastructure of the provincial health department. The scope of work involves the supply of IT equipment, office furniture, networking components, and specialized software solutions necessary for operationalizing these units. Eligible bidders must be reputable firms registered with the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority, the Federal Board of Revenue, and the Punjab Revenue Authority. Bidding will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Detailed bidding documents, including technical specifications and terms of reference, are available on the IDAP and PPRA websites. All interested parties must submit their completed bids to the IDAP headquarters no later than 11:00 AM on 29 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
