Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable and registered firms for the procurement of various office supplies for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of the tender includes the supply of high-quality stationery items, computer toners, and various miscellaneous office goods required for the smooth functioning of the sessions courts. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers and registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities. Detailed tender documents, containing the complete list of items, technical specifications, and terms and conditions, can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during regular working hours. Each bid must be accompanied by the required bid security as specified in the tender documents. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted in accordance with the single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. All sealed bids must reach the office of the District & Sessions Judge no later than 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026, after which they will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives.
