Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites electronic bids for the project titled Establishment of Al-Khidmat Markaz F-6, Islamabad. This procurement is being conducted on an EPC mode, Single Stage-Two Envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b). The project is open to well-reputed firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) having a valid registration certificate in Category C-4 or above, specifically with project codes CE-10, BC-01, ME-01, ME-05, and EE-11 for the year 2025-26. The scope involves the complete establishment and operationalization of the service center in the F-6 sector. Interested bidders are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 2.00 million in the form of a Pay Order or CDR. All applications must be submitted online through the E-PADS system, and manual bids will not be entertained. The deadline for online submission is 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with the electronic bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day at the CDA Secretariat.
