The Deputy Commissioner Office of Upper Chitral in Chitral, KPK invites sealed tenders for various administrative and logistical responsibilities during the Shandur Polo Festival 2026. The scope of work includes three primary categories: providing refreshments, breakfast, lunch, and dinner; managing seating arrangements including VVIP chairs, sofas, and carpets for the polo ground stage; and supplying sound systems. These activities are scheduled to take place from 11 June to 13 June 2026. Experienced firms familiar with the specific weather conditions of Shandur will be given preference. Interested bidders must provide certified copies of their Income Tax, General Sales Tax, and KPPRA registration certificates. A call deposit of 140,000 Rupees is required for each activity bid. Tender forms can be obtained from the Deputy Commissioner's office following the advertisement's publication. All bids must be submitted by post to reach the office by 2:30 PM on 22 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 3:00 PM the same day.
