]The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Abbottabad, KPK invites sealed bids from original manufacturers and active tax-paying suppliers for the procurement of various stationery items for the financial year 2025-26. This tender follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with local procurement regulations. Interested bidders must be registered with the Sales and Income Tax Departments and provide an active taxpayer status. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total quoted value is required in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order. Technical and financial evaluation will be conducted by the competent authority to ensure quality and compliance. All items must be delivered within ten days of the issuance of the supply order. Proposals must be submitted to the Office of the Senior Civil Judge no later than 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day.
