Description / Scope of Work
The Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management Sciences in Hyderabad, Sindh invites electronic bids for the procurement of furniture and fixtures to enhance its academic and administrative facilities. This tender is being conducted through the e-Procurement Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules. Eligible bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and the Sindh Revenue Board where applicable. The bidding process follows a single-stage, single-envelope procedure, and all submissions must include five percent earnest money. The project has an estimated completion time of one month from the date of the contract award. Interested participants are required to submit their bids electronically through the EPADS portal no later than 1:00 PM on 21 May 2026. Bids will be officially opened at 1:30 PM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives at the HITMS campus in Daman-e-Kohsar.
