Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge in Multan, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the procurement of various goods and services under a framework contract for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of this procurement includes the supply of stationery, IT equipment, furniture, and general store items, as well as the provision of specialized services required for the judicial complex. Bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue and the Punjab Revenue Authority, and must maintain an active status on the Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted according to the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) following the single-stage two-envelope procedure. Detailed bidding documents containing comprehensive technical specifications, lot-wise details, and evaluation criteria can be obtained from the office of the Senior Civil Judge. All technical and financial proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 24 May 2026, and technical bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of participants.
