Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Senior Civil Judge (Civil Division) in Okara, Punjab invites sealed e-bids through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) for the procurement of I.T. equipment and machinery items. This government tender is divided into two main lots: Lot 01 for I.T. equipment with an estimated price of 1,650,000 Rupees, and Lot 02 for various machinery items valued at approximately 2,350,000 Rupees. Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms or individuals registered with e-PADS and possess active tax status with the FBR for Income Tax and GST. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost for each lot is required in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS portal. The deadline for bid submission is 10:00 AM on 25 May 2026, and technical proposals will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
