Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites Requests for Proposals (RFP) for a service level contract to provide comprehensive janitorial and cleaning services at Faisalabad International Airport. This tender is open to reputable and experienced firms with a valid Certificate of Incorporation, NTN, and GST registration. Applicants must demonstrate at least one year of experience in providing cleaning services. The initial contract period is three years, with the possibility of extension for an additional two years based on performance. Bidding is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with PPRA rules. Interested bidders must submit their technical and financial proposals electronically via the EPADS portal. A bid security of 199,261 Rupees is required, to be submitted in the form of a bank guarantee or CDR to the airport manager's office before the bid opening. The deadline for electronic submission is 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with bids scheduled to be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day.
