Description / Scope of Work
The School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh, through its Project Management & Implementation Unit (PMIU), invites sealed tenders for the establishment of STREAM Labs in existing model schools across various districts including Sanghar, Sukkur, and Ghotki. This project (ADP # 570) aims to enhance educational infrastructure under the Sindh Education Reform Program-II (SERP-II). The procurement is divided into multiple lots targeting specific regions such as Lot 4 for Sukkur and Ghotki districts. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and comply with the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) rules. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and lists of 62 participating schools, such as GBHSS Pano Aqil and GBHS Daharki, can be obtained from the project office in Karachi. Technical and financial proposals should be submitted as per the specified procedure. This initiative focuses on integrating Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STREAM) facilities to modernize the learning environment in provincial model schools.
