Description / Scope of Work
The Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University in Sheringal, KPK invites sealed bids from eligible firms and companies for the procurement of various academic and technical materials for the year 2026. The tender is categorized into three distinct schedules: Schedule A involves the printing of university answer sheets and continuation sheets, Schedule B covers the supply and installation of specialized equipment for AI Lab work, and Schedule C includes the provision of degree folders. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities and maintain an active status on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. A mandatory bid security of 2 percent of the total bid price is required in the form of a call deposit or pay order. All electronic proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled thirty minutes later at the Convener Purchase Committee office.
