Description / Scope of Work
The Chaklala Cantonment Board in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the annual contract of various civil works, maintenance, and repair projects within its jurisdiction for the fiscal year 2025-26. The scope of work includes the repair and maintenance of buildings, roads, water supply systems, and sewerage networks. This procurement follows a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Military Lands and Cantonments Department and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license in the relevant category. Bidders must also be on the Active Taxpayer List of the FBR. A bid security in the form of a CDR is required as specified in the bidding documents. Complete tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Chaklala Cantonment Board on Murree Road. All technical and financial bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, and will be opened publicly in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
