Description / Scope of Work
The Health & Population Department (H&PD) of the Government of Punjab, based in Lahore, invites sealed electronic bids for the procurement of contraceptives, nutrition supplies, medical commodities, and general items. This initiative is part of the 'Maryam Nawaz Community Health Services' project for the 2025-26 financial year. The procurement process is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) following the Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and active on the taxpayer list. A bid security of less than five percent of the estimated cost is required to be submitted in the form of a CDR to the PMU-H&PD office. Detailed bidding documents, including item specifications and quantities, are available for download on the Punjab PPRA and departmental websites. All electronic bids must be uploaded to the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
