Description / Scope of Work
The Project Management Unit (PMU) of the Health & Population Department, Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of various health-related supplies under the 'Maryam Nawaz Community Health Services' initiative. This government tender includes the acquisition of contraceptives, specialized nutrition items, commodities, and general healthcare goods for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement process follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and utilizes a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax), appear on the Active Taxpayers List, and demonstrate financial and technical capacity as specified in the bid data sheet. Detailed bidding documents containing quantity requirements, technical specifications, and evaluation criteria are available at the PMU office in M.A. Johar Town, Lahore. A specified bid security for each lot must be submitted along with the technical and financial proposals. Completed bids must be delivered to the Project Director no later than 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the technical bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
