Description / Scope of Work
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Trade Testing Board (KP-TTB) in Peshawar invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various goods and equipment for the financial year 2025-26. As an autonomous body empowered to certify technical and vocational skills, KP-TTB is conducting this procurement through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The bidding process involves both Single Stage-One Envelope and Single Stage-Two Envelope procedures depending on the specific items listed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities and must upload scanned copies of their bids and bid security (2% of the estimated cost in the form of a CDR) to the EPADS portal. Additionally, a hard copy of the bid security must be submitted to the Secretary's office at the Government Technical & Vocational Center in Gulbahar, Peshawar. The submission deadline is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, with the official bid opening scheduled for 12:00 PM on the same day. Successful bidders will be required to submit a 10% performance guarantee upon contract award.
