Description / Scope of Work
The Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) invites electronic bids from interested landowners, land providers, agents, or dealers for the purchase of approximately 16 Kanals of land. The land is required for the construction of the 132 kV Gujrat-III Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) Grid Station in District Gujrat. Eligible sites must be located along the main road in the vicinity of Mauza Aadowal, Murarian Sharif, Dhoel (Khurd & Saray), Rehmania, or Mauza Jilliani, ideally within a 2 km radius of the Gujrat-Bypass. This procurement, identified by STG Tender No. 01/CE/DEV/GEPCO/PMU/2025-26, is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS V2.0). Bidders must be registered with PRA, FBR, SECP, or PEC as applicable. A bid security of 1,000,000 Rupees is required. All technical and commercial proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal no later than 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, where the bids will be opened electronically. GEPCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA rules.
