Description / Scope of Work
The Communication and Works Department, Punjab Building Department (Central Zone), invites sealed tenders for the addition, alteration, and improvement of multiple high-profile residences within GOR-I, Lahore. The project is divided into several lots, including Residence No. 2-Patiala House, 3-Club Lane, 4-Aikman Road, 16-A Golf Road, and 13-Golf Lane. Estimated costs for individual lots, such as the work at Patiala House, are approximately Rs. 4.5 million. Bidding is open to contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year in the relevant category. Bidders must provide earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost for each lot. The works must be completed within the current financial year (FY-2025-26), ending June 30, 2026. Detailed bidding documents and technical specifications can be obtained from the Executive Engineer's office at the PWD Compound, Lahore. This procurement aims to upgrade and maintain government residential infrastructure through high-quality civil works and architectural improvements.
