Description / Scope of Work
The National Logistics Cell in Rawalpindi, Punjab invites sealed applications for the pre-qualification of contractors and suppliers for various construction and maintenance projects located in Murree. The scope of work includes the special maintenance and construction of service roads from Km 00+000 to 55+000 on the IMDCN-75, along with other allied maintenance works for the same stretch. Interested firms are required to submit their formal applications along with a comprehensive company profile demonstrating sufficient experience in relevant infrastructure and roadwork projects. Bidders must satisfy specific conditions required for the job site and geographical area to be eligible for engagement. Applications must be prepared in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 and submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the accepting officer either by hand or via post. All documentation must be received no later than 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, at which point the scrutinization process for the company profiles and rates will commence.
