The National Highway Authority in Islamabad, Federal Government invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable consulting firms for providing design review and construction supervision services for Section 3 of the M-6 Motorway project. This high-priority infrastructure project requires a detailed technical evaluation of firms based on their corporate structure, professional engineering capacity, and previous experience in large-scale motorway construction. Eligible consultants may form associations through Joint Ventures or sub-consultancy agreements to enhance their technical qualifications. The EOI submission must include comprehensive staff information, including the specific number of professional engineers and management staff, and must be signed by an authorized representative. All participating firms must comply with the OPEC Fund's Anti-Corruption and Integrity Policy and provide documentation regarding beneficial ownership.
