Description / Scope of Work
The Headquarters Salinity Control and Reclamation (SCARP) No. VI in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the repair and maintenance of heavy machinery and official vehicles for the financial year 2025-2026. The scope of work includes the overhauling and replacement of parts for excavators, draglines, bulldozers, and various government vehicles to maintain operational efficiency in salinity control projects. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. A bid security of 2 percent of the estimated cost is required in the form of a CDR or bank guarantee. The procurement process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, ensuring a transparent selection of qualified mechanical firms and workshops. All technical and financial bids must be submitted to the Executive Engineer’s office by 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026, where they will be opened shortly thereafter in the presence of representatives.
