The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan, invites expressions of interest for the prequalification and empanelment of service providers under a framework arrangement for the Development Communication Project (DCP). This initiative seeks to establish a panel of technically qualified and financially sound firms across two primary categories: Event Management Services, and Digital Campaigns including Video, Film, and Documentary Production. The empanelment is designed to streamline the procurement of creative and event-related assignments. Eligible applicants must be duly registered with relevant tax and regulatory authorities and demonstrate a proven track record in their respective fields. The process is governed by the PPRA Rules 2004, ensuring a transparent and competitive selection. Once empaneled, firms may be invited to participate in specific call-off quotations (RFQ) as requirements arise.
