The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from reputable firms for the supply of office equipment and furniture. This procurement is intended for the newly constructed offices of the Deputy Director (Coordination) and Deputy Director (Record) within the Transfer and Record Directorate. The specific requirements include 2.0 Ton Gree Inverter Split Air Conditioners, executive tables and chairs, visitor guest chairs, and Panasonic telephone sets. Interested bidders must be registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts. Detailed tender documents with full specifications can be obtained from the DHA office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. All sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on 13 May 2026, and the opening of proposals is scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day. DHA Karachi reserves the right to reject any or all quotations in accordance with their procurement policies.
