Description / Scope of Work
The Hyderabad Institute of Technology and Management Sciences (HITMS) in Hyderabad, Sindh invites sealed bids through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement of stationery items and various printed materials. This tender, identified under reference NIT/HITMS/PC/135, follows a single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with SPPRA Rules. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and relevant tax authorities, and must not be blacklisted or involved in any litigation with government entities. The bidding documents, which include detailed specifications and terms, are available for a non-refundable fee of 5,000 Rupees. Bidders are required to submit a 5% bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of HITMS.
