Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Community Development (LG&CD) Department South Punjab, based in Bahawalpur, invites electronic bids for the procurement of various general store and miscellaneous items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is structured as a framework contract and covers multiple categories including office stationery, printing and publication services, computer stationery, and entertainment-related stores. The bidding process is conducted exclusively through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested companies, general order suppliers, and manufacturers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities to participate. The framework contract is intended to streamline the supply of essential operational materials, with a provision for a three-month extension. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted via the EPADS portal by 10:00 AM on 25 May 2026, with the public opening of bids scheduled shortly thereafter at 10:30 AM.
