The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA) in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids from reputable firms for the supply of office equipment and furniture for the newly constructed offices of the Transfer and Record Directorate. The requirements include 2.0 Ton Gree Inverter Split Air Conditioners, executive tables and chairs, visitor guest chairs, and Panasonic telephone sets. Interested bidders must be registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts. Detailed tender documents can be obtained from the DHA office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. All sealed bids must be submitted to the DHA office by 10:00 AM on 13 May 2026, with the opening of proposals scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day. DHA Karachi reserves the right to reject any or all quotations in accordance with its procurement policies.
