Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Khushab, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the procurement of various office supplies and equipment for the financial year 2025-2026. Additionally, the office seeks bids for the supply of furniture and fixtures, uniforms for staff, and miscellaneous office accessories. Interested vendors and authorized dealers must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and must be on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, quantities, and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the District and Sessions Judge during working hours. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security as specified in the tender documents. Completed proposals must be submitted to the office no later than 11:00 AM on 30 May 2026, and the opening of technical bids will take place at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee.
