Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District & Sessions Judge in Khushab, Punjab invites sealed e-tenders from well-reputed firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments for the procurement of various essential items. The scope of this tender includes eight distinct lots covering uniforms for staff, high-quality photocopy machines, 55-inch LED screens for CCTV monitoring, 2-ton inverter air conditioners, and refrigerators. Additionally, the requirement extends to I.T. equipment including modern computer systems, laser printers with duplex technology, and heavy-duty scanners. The total estimated budget for these procurements is approximately 7.45 million Rupees. Eligibility requires firms to be active on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-pads) and provide a 5% bid security of the estimated cost. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted according to the single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure.
