Description / Scope of Work
The District & Sessions Judge in Faisalabad, Punjab invites sealed bids from well-reputed and financially sound firms, suppliers, and authorized dealers for the procurement of various furniture and fixture items for the Civil Courts at Faisalabad and its Tehsils. The scope of the tender includes the provision of essential office furniture such as executive tables, computer tables, revolving chairs, visitor chairs, and iron racks for judicial record rooms. All interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and must be listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. Technical and financial proposals should be prepared under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of two percent of the estimated price in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. Detailed bidding documents containing specifications and terms are available from the office of the undersigned. Completed tender documents must be submitted no later than 11:00 AM on 23 May 2026.
