Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders, including manufacturers and authorized dealers, for the procurement of a wide range of items for the financial year 2025-26. The scope of this tender includes general store supplies, IT equipment, laboratory apparatus, plant and machinery, and furniture and fixtures items for the PESSI Head Office and its various field offices. The procurement will be conducted through the Open Competitive Bidding process as per the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested parties can obtain the complete set of bidding documents from the Purchase Cell at the PESSI Head Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 2,000 Rupees. A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost must be attached to the proposal. All bids must be submitted in a sealed format to the Commissioner PESSI at 3-A, Gulberg-V, Jail Road, Lahore by 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
