Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division Neelum in Neelum, Federal Government invites sealed bids for various road maintenance and infrastructure repair projects across the district. This procurement includes multiple lots focused on the rehabilitation of damaged road sections, construction of retaining walls, and improvement of drainage systems to ensure better connectivity in the region. The works are part of the annual maintenance program aimed at enhancing public safety and transport efficiency. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and possess valid tax registration certificates. The bidding process will be conducted under the Open Competitive Bidding procedure as per the prevailing public procurement rules. Interested firms can obtain detailed tender documents and specifications from the office of the Executive Engineer upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents. All complete proposals must be delivered to the procurement office no later than 11:30 AM on 27 May 2026, where they will be opened and evaluated by the department's technical committee.
