Procurement of Employee Data Binder Personal Files

The Bank of Punjab in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids for the supply and delivery of 5,000 customized employee data binder personal files. These specialized binders are to be manufactured using flexible blue fiber material with three-color external printing and specific dimensions of 13.50 by 10 inches. The technical requirements include an inner pocket, an 8-ring binder mechanism, and a set of ten different colored plastic flexible separators with indexing. This procurement is being managed through the EPADS portal following a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must provide a 2% bid security of the total estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. Samples of the required material can be inspected at the bank's premises on Bedian Road, and a physical sample must be approved before mass production begins. The successful vendor will be required to complete the delivery within 30 calendar days of the purchase order. All bids must be submitted electronically and physically dropped in the designated bid box at the Gulberg III Head Office by 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026.
