Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Jhelum in Jhelum, Punjab invites sealed tenders for various development and infrastructure projects under the annual development program. This procurement includes multiple lots focused on the construction and rehabilitation of PCC streets, drains, and tuff tile flooring across various union councils. Eligible contractors must be enlisted with the Local Government and Community Development Department and possess a valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year. The scope of work involves civil engineering tasks aimed at improving local sanitation and transport infrastructure within the district. Interested bidders must provide active tax registration and proof of Punjab Revenue Authority compliance to participate. Tender documents containing detailed bills of quantities and technical specifications can be obtained from the office of the District Officer Infrastructure upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security and submitted to the District Council office no later than 11:30 AM on 25 May 2026, where they will be opened at 12:00 PM in the presence of the tender committee
