The Health Department of the Government of Sindh in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for a framework contract concerning the procurement of office stationery, printing services, uniforms, and various miscellaneous items for the upcoming financial year. This tender aims to centralize the supply of essential administrative materials for the provincial health secretariat and its attached offices. The scope of work includes the provision of high-quality paper, toners, customized printing of official documents, and the fabrication of uniforms for support staff. Bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and the Federal Board of Revenue, holding a valid NTN and GST registration. The procurement follows the Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (SPPRA) Rules 2010 using the National Competitive Bidding framework. Interested parties must submit their sealed technical and financial proposals, accompanied by a 2.5 percent bid security, to the Section Officer (General) at the Sindh Secretariat.
