Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Additional District & Sessions Judge in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed e-bids for the procurement of machinery and I.T. equipment, specifically cameras, for the financial year 2025-2026. This tender is divided into two distinct lots: Lot-1 for various machinery items and Lot-2 for I.T. equipment including cameras. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR. A bid security of 5 percent in the form of a CDR, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee is required to participate. The procurement process follows a single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure. All proposals must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal by 10:30 AM on 23 May 2026. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Sessions Court complex.
