Description / Scope of Work
The Survey of Pakistan (Geoinformatics Centre) in Quetta, Balochistan invites sealed bids for the complete electrical rewiring and overhaul of the power distribution system at the DGIC facility located on Brewery Road. This essential civil works project for the financial year 2025-2026 involves the removal of obsolete wiring, installation of new electrical circuits, and the modernization of the main power distribution boards to ensure a safe and reliable energy supply for geoinformatics operations. The procurement is conducted under the National Competitive Bidding framework using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules. Eligible contractors with valid registration and experience in large-scale electrical infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply. Bidding documents, including detailed technical specifications, work schedules, and price forms, are available through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). A bid security as specified in the tender document is required to be submitted with the proposal. All electronic bids must be uploaded via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 22 May 2026, with the opening of bids occurring shortly after the submission deadline.
