Description / Scope of Work
The District Council Nankana Sahib in Punjab invites sealed bids for two key infrastructure development projects: the construction of a fiber shed for Reharri Bazar at Marh Balochan, Tehsil Sangla Hill, and the construction of a Pixel Tower at Exchange Chowk, Sangla Hill. This procurement is conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for the financial year 2025-2026. Eligible bidders must be registered for the current fiscal year on EPADS and possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the appropriate category. The bidding process follows the 'Single Stage Single Envelope' procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, with rates based on the MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 for District Nankana Sahib. Interested contractors must submit their bids along with a mandatory bid security in the form of a CDR or Pay Order from a scheduled bank in Punjab, pledged to the Chief Officer of the District Council. All technical and financial proposals must be uploaded electronically via the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on 24 May 2026, with the bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM on the same day.
