Description / Scope of Work
The office of DW&CE (PAF) Chaklala invites sealed tenders for emergency work relating to the provision of certain facilities at PAF Base, valued at Rs. 22.076 million. This procurement is being undertaken in light of PPRA Rule 42-c (v) of 2004 and represents a military engineering services contract of significant scope. The work is located at PAF Base Chaklala in Punjab province. Contractors must submit applications for tender documents along with complete credentials, which will be scrutinized to ensure firms possess sufficient experience in relevant field and satisfy special conditions required for the job and area. Only shortlisted contractors will receive tender documents. Bids must be received by the office of the Accepting Officer by 1130 hours on 05 August 2026 and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same date.
Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and must provide proof of such registration; unregistered firms are ineligible. All contractors must certify in writing that they are not involved in any litigation with Government Departments in the Court of Law and that no outstanding special report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C's Branch GHQ) exists against them. Contractors must be on the approved List of MES in categories 'A' and 'B' and must have prior experience of this type of work. Interested parties may present themselves at tender opening if desired.
Applications for tender documents should be submitted to CMES (PAF) Samungli or their authorized representative, available from 0715 to 1335 hours on all working days. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender in accordance with Para 33(1) of PPRA Rules.
