The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering & Management Sciences (BUITEMS) in Quetta invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, and reputable suppliers for the procurement, supply, and installation of furniture for its Sub-Campus in Zhob. The tender covers a wide range of furniture items including administrative desks, chairs, and specialized furniture for hostels and libraries. This procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure to ensure high quality and competitive pricing. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant taxation departments and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Directorate of Procurement at the BUITEMS Airport Road campus upon payment of a non-refundable fee. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 15, 2026, to address queries from potential participants. Bids must be accompanied by earnest money equivalent to 2% of the total bid value in the form of a CDR or Pay Order. All sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 3:00 PM on June 2, 2026, with the opening of bids set for 3:30 PM the same day.
