The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed bids from qualified individuals for the position of Legal Consultant specializing in Policy and Legislation. This consultancy role involves providing expert guidance on regulatory business, legislative drafting, and the vetting of laws to support the authority's legal framework. Eligible candidates must hold at least an LLB or equivalent degree recognized by the Higher Education Commission, coupled with a minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience. Specifically, applicants must demonstrate five years of experience in a senior executive capacity within public sector organizations and be listed on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayer List. The procurement follows a single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules and e-Pak Procurement Regulations. Interested professionals must submit their applications electronically through the EPADS portal. All proposals must be finalized and uploaded by the deadline of 11:00 AM on 25 May 2026, after which a formal opening will occur at the DRAP Head Office.
