Description / Scope of Work
The Project Director Autism SW, SE & WE, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed bids for the establishment of the Center of Excellence for Special Children with Autism. This turnkey project involves the provision of a 20KW solar system, IT and electronic equipment, play area development equipment, and specialized therapeutic resources. Requirements include occupational therapy toys, speech therapy toys and testing materials, ABA section toys, early learning resource materials such as puzzles and skill-building educational materials, and physiotherapy items. Bidding is conducted through a single-stage two-envelope procedure under National Competitive Bidding rules. Eligible manufacturers, firms, or authorized dealers must be registered with income tax, sales tax, and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal no later than 10:30 AM on 01 June 2026. A pre-bidding meeting is scheduled for 19 May 2026 at the Directorate of Social Welfare in Peshawar to address queries regarding the comprehensive equipment list and project scope.
