Turnkey autism center setup combining solar infrastructure, therapeutic equipment, and specialized learning materials.
Scope spans occupational/speech/ABA therapy toys, physiotherapy items, early learning resources, plus 20KW solar system and IT equipment. Project appears medium-scale, government-funded social sector initiative with 6-month timeline. Bidder must handle diverse supply categories—likely requires vendor partnerships unless offering integrated solutions. Pre-bid meeting critical for clarifying equipment specifications given therapeutic resource sensitivity.
Who can bid: Manufacturers, firms, or authorized dealers eligible. Must hold current FBR income tax registration, sales tax registration, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority registration. No PEC category mentioned (non-construction). Typically, KP-based vendors preferred; evidence of previous supply to government health/education sectors advantageous.
