The Gun & Country Club in Islamabad, Federal Government invites sealed tenders from reputable firms, original equipment manufacturers, or authorized distributors for the procurement of various operational items. The scope of the tender includes the supply of uniform and liveries, printing and stationery items, housekeeping and janitorial supplies, general store items, and electric and plumbing materials. This procurement process follows the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules. All participating bidders must be registered with the relevant Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Interested parties can obtain the detailed bidding documents from the club's procurement office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 3,000 Rupees. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in a single sealed envelope no later than 11:00 AM on 26 May 2026. The club management reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the established procurement regulations and PPRA guidelines.
