Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the District and Sessions Judge in Gujranwala, Punjab invites sealed tenders from reputable and registered firms for the supply of various furniture and fixture items for the financial year 2025-2026. This procurement includes the provision of high-quality office desks, chairs, cupboards, and other essential wooden and steel furniture required for the judicial complex and subordinate courts. Interested bidders must be active taxpayers registered with the FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority. Detailed tender documents, including technical specifications and quantities, can be obtained from the office of the District and Sessions Judge during official working hours upon payment of the prescribed tender fee. Each bid must be accompanied by a 2% bid security in the form of a call deposit or pay order. The final date for the submission of bids is 23 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
