Description / Scope of Work
The Peshawar High Court in Peshawar, KPK invites sealed tenders from registered firms and suppliers for the procurement of Bastas cloths required for record-keeping and administrative use. This tender is strictly managed through the E-Pad system, requiring all interested participants to be registered on the electronic portal. Eligible bidders must provide their Sales Tax Registration Number and Bank Account Number as part of the submission. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bid amount in the form of a call deposit addressed to the Registrar, Peshawar High Court, is mandatory. Detailed specifications regarding the cloth quality and required quantities can be obtained from the Office of the Incharge Record Room or downloaded from the KPPPRA website. The successful bidder will be required to deliver the items within fifteen days of the supply order issuance. All technical and financial bids must be submitted through the E-Pad platform no later than 11:00 AM on 04 June 2026. Bids will be formally opened at 11:30 AM on the same date to ensure a transparent procurement process in line with provincial rules.
