Description / Scope of Work
The Regional Directorate of Special Education & Rehabilitation Centres in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed bids for the supply of school uniforms for 270 boys and 170 girls. This procurement, categorized as Package 3, is aimed at students within the jurisdiction of the Regional Directorate Mirpurkhas under the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities. Bidders must follow the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010. Interested firms are required to be registered with the FBR and relevant tax authorities to be eligible. A bid security equivalent to 2% of the total bidding amount must be provided. Bidding documents, which include comprehensive specifications and evaluation criteria, must be downloaded and submitted through the EPADS portal. The deadline for electronic submission is 1:00 PM on 11 May 2026. Bidders are also required to submit a hard copy of the technical proposal to the office of the Regional Director in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, by the same deadline. Technical bids will be opened promptly at 1:30 PM on the closing date to initiate the evaluation process.
