Description / Scope of Work
The University of Swat in Swat, KPK invites sealed bids from reputable firms and authorized dealers for the supply and installation of various items including furniture, ICT equipment, and specialized laboratory equipment. This procurement is intended to enhance the academic and research facilities at the university's main campus. Interested bidders must be registered with the relevant tax authorities, including the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax, and must appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bidding process will be conducted in accordance with the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA rules. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the Treasurer during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee. All bids must be accompanied by a 2% bid security of the total bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt. The deadline for the submission of sealed bids is 11:00 AM on 21 May 2026, and the technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders' representatives.
