The Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed bids from experienced firms for the design and construction of an outdoor Futsal Arena facility. The project scope includes the installation of a specialized flooring system featuring 30mm multipurpose special turf, professional line marking, and high-quality shock pads. Additionally, the tender covers comprehensive civil works, including base preparation, fencing, and specialized LED lighting systems for the court. The procurement is conducted on a Single Stage Two Envelope basis, requiring separate technical and financial proposals. Interested bidders must provide detailed specifications for all offered items and demonstrate relevant experience in sports facility construction. Complete bidding documents, including the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical specifications, are available under Tender No. LUMS/280/2025. All bids must be submitted by 03:00 PM on 14 May 2026, and will be opened at 03:30 PM on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
