The Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) in Lahore, Punjab invites sealed tenders for the execution of civil works under its Sub Division-I. The project involves the pavement of streets, construction of open drains, and the installation of culverts at the Housing Scheme No. II in Gujranwala. This government initiative aims to improve local infrastructure and living standards within the designated scheme. Interested contractors and firms must be duly pre-qualified and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. The procurement follows the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, ensuring a transparent bidding process. Bidding documents containing the complete scope of work, technical specifications, and detailed terms and conditions are available for purchase from the office of the Assistant Director (PHATA) during office hours. All bids must include a bid security of 2% of the estimated cost and must be submitted in sealed envelopes no later than 11:30 AM on 23 May 2026. The technical proposals will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
