The Punjab Housing & Town Planning Agency in Lahore, Punjab invites bids for the rehabilitation of a 03 Marla housing scheme at Chak No 238RB in Faisalabad. This government project has an estimated cost of 378,250,273 Rupees and requires a completion time limit of six months. The procurement is conducted strictly through the E-PADS portal of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Interested contractors and firms must be registered with E-PADS, the Federal Board of Revenue, and the Punjab Revenue Authority, maintaining an active tax filer status. A single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be used, and a bid security of approximately 18,912,811 Rupees in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR must be provided.
